2. Are you required to provide information

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with any information; doing so is voluntary and subject to your consent. If you do not provide contact details, we will not be able to get back to you or add you to our club and updates.

3. Purposes of use

The information you provide in forms or in a conversation with the smart assistant (name, phone number, email address and the details of your inquiry) is used to get back to you and provide the service you requested and, if you have given your express consent, also to send you updates and advertising messages by SMS and email. Technical information about your use of the website (such as cookies) is used to operate the website and, with your consent, also for measurement and advertising.

Article comments: When you comment on an article, we collect your name and email address. Comments are published only after approval, and your email address is not published.

Ordering the book “לגלוש על הגל”: The order form collects your name, email address and phone number solely to complete the order. Where payment is offered, it is processed by a licensed payment provider, and your card details never reach us.

The smart assistant: The website assistant answers only from pre-approved content. Please do not type sensitive details in your conversation with it.

4. Who may receive the information

• The developer of a project you have expressed interest in or requested information about. The developer will keep your details in its own database and use them in accordance with its own privacy policy, in order to get back to you and provide you with information about the project and, if you have given your express consent, also to send you marketing messages about the project by SMS and email. You may withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time, with BE NADLAN and with the developer.
• Service providers that operate the website, our mailing services, our customer management system and the smart assistant on our behalf, solely for the purpose of providing the service. The information may be processed in Israel and in countries where our service providers operate, in accordance with the law.
• A competent authority, where required by law.

5. Right of access and correction

Under sections 13 and 14 of the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, you are entitled to inspect the information held about you and to request the correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Privacy requests and questions may be sent to info@benadlan.com or made by phone at +972-3-777-9997.

You are also entitled to file a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority.

6. Advertising messages

We will send you advertising messages only if you have expressly consented to receive them, in accordance with section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) 5742-1982. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying “הסר” (“remove”) or by using the link included in every message.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are used so that the website can function. We will use measurement and advertising cookies, including those of Google and Meta, only if you approve this in the notice displayed on the website. You may change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

YouTube and Facebook videos embedded in the website may set the provider’s cookies when you play them.

8. Visitors from the European Union

If you are located in the European Union, the provisions of the GDPR also apply, and the following are the additional details they require:

• Legal basis: your inquiry or your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and consent to marketing messages and to non-essential cookies (Article 6(1)(a)).
• Retention period: inquiries are kept only for as long as they are needed to handle the inquiry and for the purpose for which they were provided, or for as long as the law requires them to be kept, and are then deleted. Mailing lists are kept until consent is withdrawn.
• Transfers outside the EU: the information is processed in Israel, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, and in countries where our service providers operate, in accordance with the law.
• Additional rights: erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you are located.
